Refund Policy

At tgfdesigns, we stand behind the quality of our work and strive to deliver excellent service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a client is dissatisfied with our services, and in such cases, we offer a fair refund policy.

1. Website Development

  • If a client is unsatisfied with the website development project within 7 days of the initial deployment, they may request a refund of 50% of the total project cost. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for website development projects.
  • Refunds will not be granted for website maintenance, hosting, or domain registration services.

2. Graphic Design Services

  • For graphic design projects, clients have 3 business days from the date of final design delivery to request a refund. If a refund is requested within this timeframe, a 75% refund of the project cost will be issued.
  • After 3 business days, no refunds will be granted for graphic design services.

3. Refund Procedure

  • To request a refund, clients must submit their request through our contact form or email bevon@tgfdesigns.io, clearly stating the reason for the refund and providing any relevant details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the approved refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for projects that have been completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications and requirements. Additionally, any refund requests made after the specified timeframes will not be considered.
